Public Statement
Dear Clients,
After exhausting every reasonable option to find a path forward, Pictures LLC, doing business as Picture This Wedding, has made the incredibly difficult decision to cease operations and proceed with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy process.
Effective immediately, Picture This Wedding will no longer be able to fulfill upcoming weddings nationally.
For weddings that have already taken place, our immediate priority is preserving the client work already entrusted to us. Subject to the bankruptcy process and available resources, we intend to maintain limited post-production operations for as long as reasonably possible in an effort to complete and deliver as much outstanding work as we can.
We understand the disruption, uncertainty, and disappointment this creates for our couples, employees, independent contractors, and their families. We are deeply sorry; communication can be done through bankruptcyptw@gmail.com moving forward.
A Message From Matthew the Founder & CEO
Picture This Wedding has been a significant part of my life, and arriving at this moment is incredibly painful.
Over an extended period, I went very long stretches without taking pay, raised outside capital, liquidated personal assets, and brought in financial advisors, a CFO, and experienced leadership in an effort to stabilize the company and give it the breathing room it needed to survive. Ultimately, those efforts were not enough.
I know that does not lessen the impact this has on the people who trusted us. I am deeply sorry.
My focus now is to cooperate fully with the legal process, communicate honestly about what happens next, and do everything reasonably possible to protect the client work already entrusted to Picture This Wedding.To every couple who trusted us, and to every employee and independent professional who helped build and serve Picture This Wedding over the years: thank you.

My husband and I used Picture This Wedding for our rehearsal dinner and wedding in October, 2022. At first, we were just going to use a videographer for our wedding, but when our plan with a different photographer fell through, the Picture This team was very helpful about creating a package with us for a videographer and photographer. We had one photographer for our rehearsal dinner and he did a wonderful job of blending in with guests to get a lot of "candid" pictures. On the day of our wedding, we had two photographers and a videographer and were overjoyed with all three. They were very professional and engaged with us and our guests. When we received the videos and pictures, we were over the moon!

Picture This was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process! There was so much communication so I always felt very prepared and calm, knowing exactly how the day was going to go! We booked our photographer, videographer and Photo Booth through them which was the best decision we made—having three major details booked through one vendor made things so much easier on my end.
